Atypical grid users are customers who show a load reduction in comparison to the other grid users during a voltage level peak load period. If this behaviour occurs with a network user, he is in principle entitled to demand an individual network charge. Furthermore, to be eligible, the customer must exceed a voltage level-specific materiality threshold and a de minimis threshold.
